Welcome to Carewatch (Wyvern)  Carewatch (Wyvern) provides care and support to people in their own homes or in the community, either directly or on behalf of the Local Authority. The Company is accredited with both Somerset and Mid-Devon County Councils
Carewatch provide a wide range of different services including assistance with Personal Care, Task Enablement, Meal Preparation & Cooking, Shopping, Domestic and Companionship/Sitting. We have recently commenced a service administering food, and in some cases medication, via PEG. We can also provide support services for people with Learning and Physical Disabilities and to other groups of people who require care and support of different kinds.
The company also specialises in working with persons who choose to access Direct Payments and Individualised Budgets. These are for people who might otherwise receive their care through Social Services and gives them more control over the type and quality of their care and support.
We are registered with, and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and offer an efficient and reliable home care service to many clients in the Somerset and Mid-Devon areas. All Carewatch staff are trained to a high level and have obtained an Enhanced Disclosure check from the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)
