Fuel Advances Offered to Staff
Carewatch is very aware of the steep increases in fuel prices over the last few months and the difficulties that this has inevitably caused for staff. Despite paying staff a tax-free amount of 31p for all business miles we recognise that the current high prices at the pumps are causing many people difficulties.
With this in mind Carewatch has agreed to make a ‘Fuel Advance’ available as an interest-free loan for staff up to an amount equivalent to the average of their fuel payments from their last three wage packets.
This offer is made so that staff have money available for fuel, and won't need to set some of their wages aside to cover their fuel costs.
This offer has been welcomed by Carewatch staff, and a number have chosen to take advantage of this facility.
