Investor In People
Following a re-inspection by an Investor in People inspector, Carewatch Wyvern is delighted to announce that it has retained its IIP status.
The company was congratulated for the work it has done regarding staff development and welfare.
In particular we were commended for the staff appraisal & development agreements that were recently introduced, and for the introduction of the company paid mobile phones that are available to all staff.
The introduction of the HealthSure scheme was also highly commended as this had not been offered to staff at our previous inspection.
