Company Paid Mobiles offered to all staff
Carewatch Wyvern has launched a scheme where all staff have been issued with free mobile phones, allowing them to contact Service Users, the office and their colleagues at no cost to them.
Many home care agencies require staff to use their personal mobiles for these purposes, so this development provides staff with a welcome addition to their package.
Staff also have the opportunity to nominate one personal landline number that they can call at no cost to themselves. Most staff have elected to nominate their home numbers so they are able to call home as often as they like courtesy of Carewatch.
