More NVQ Successes
Congratulations are due to Jenna Bond and Rachel Board, both of whom have successfully achieved their NVQ 2 in care.
This is great news for Carewatch and its Service Users who will benefit from the provision of their care by staff with higher qualifications.
Jenna & Rachel are immediately promoted to Senior Carers and will therefore benefit from the improved terms accorded to senior staff.
This brings the total percentage of Carewatch staff who hold a qualification of NVQ 2 in Care or higher to a level in excess of 60%.
