New Staff Health Benefit Launched
HealthSure is being launched to help improve the health and motivation of staff, and to provide a tangible reward for the special people who choose to work for the company
The scheme is free to Carewatch staff with the costs being met by the company
The offer of this scheme is linked to Carewatch’s Investor in People status and is proof of the company’s desire to look after its employees and the goal to be the best local employer in the care industry
Staff members can elect to add their partner and/or dependants living at the same address to the scheme for a small payment of just 50p / week. This amount is fixed, regardless of the number of additional family members included
HealthSure is a cash plan designed to pre-empt medical problems and promote better health by providing cash payments towards everyday healthcare
HealthSure membership entitles payments up to defined limits for a variety of healthcare costs for each member of the scheme (including partners & dependants)
