New Chair of Somerset Industry Group
Ru Newman, Managing Director of Carewatch Wyvern, has been elected to the Chair of the Somerset Social Care Providers Forum.
This group, which represents the interests of Domiciliary Care Providers across Somerset, meets at regular intervals to discuss key issues affecting the home care sector and lobbies relevant bodies on behalf of is membership.
Ru will also sit on the Joint Care Committee, a body run by Somerset Social Services with representation from all aspects of the care sector, to discuss key issues and policy regarding Social Care throughout the county.
