New Field Care Supervisor Appointed
Carewatch are delighted to announce the promotion of Ela March to the role of Field Care Supervisor.
This development is intended to help Carewatch (Taunton) achieve it’s objective of becoming the very best care provider in the area.
This development will affect the levels of support & supervision that are provided in the field. Ela March will work alongside Lynne Larcombe and will initially be combining these supervisory duties with her role as a Senior Carer.
In a separate development Carewatch have asked Laura Thompson to take on responsibility for developing and delivering it's In House Training. This is temporary move to cover for the long-term absence of Jane Wilkinson who is unwell.
