Carewatch have been told that they will have to wait another couple of months before they learn if their tender for a large Home Care contract from Devon County Council has been successful.
Devon County Council's original plan was to implement the new contracts in April, but the pending General and Local Elections have persuaded them to delay any decision until early Summer.
