New Care Manager Appointed
Siobhan started work on Thursday 8th October and joins Carewatch from Netherclay House Residential Home where she had been Care Manager for the last year. Prior to assuming this role she was Deputy Manager at the Home for a year.
In her last role at Netherclay House she had been responsible for the management of all aspects of the Home, ensuring a high quality of care is delivered that is fully compliant with the National Care Standards, and managed a team of about 40 staff.
Prior to her roles at Netherclay House she worked for Netherclay Homecare for 8 years in a number of administrative and management roles.
Siobhan boasts an excellent understanding of the needs and challenges faced in running a successful homecare organisation and her significant expertise and skills within the Social Care sector, both in management and in homecare will prove to be a real asset for Carewatch and our Service Users.
